Initial training is given at the InterTech Group, Inc., training facility to orient the officer candidate into the role of a security officer. This training is given to all new hires, including security officers with previous work history in the field of security.

Upon successful completion of the preassignment classroom training program, the officer candidate would participate in on-the-job training at your facility to fully acquaint the officer with your specific requirements.
